I purchased this for mom (Mother's day gift...A little late). Makes perfect Panini Sandwiches.
Here is the one we like the best-
Cheese, Avocado, Tomato, Prosciutto, Onion, Olive oil, and Garlic on grilled Panini Bread.
I ordered it at William Sonoma and it arrived 3 days later.
