Excellent Rib Recipe


The Best Baby Back Ribs
Cut the rack into 3 pieces
Season with salt and pepper
Wrap in aluminum foil
Place them on a sheet pan and bake at 200degrees for 3 and a half to 4 hours.
Allow ribs to cool or chill.
Pour juice into sauce pan. Add brown sugar, honey, and mustard. Reduce until mixture forms a syrup.

When you are ready to eat, place ribs on the grill or hot oven and baste with glaze.
